Here is some help for those stuck in the tunnels.  From the resized 
box, going up and getting doors open when you need to, go S, W, N, 
N, E, N, W, E, N, E and then down.  

From outside the room where you get the acid, you can go up above 
the lift or go down into the tunnel.  Let's go down.  Be aware that 
every time you enter the tunnel, your perspective changes!

Go W twice till you get to the levers and use them all to stop the 
fans.  Back into the tunnel and go E to get to the shaft.  This is 
where you use the chain.

Go S, N, W, N, W, E, E and take the grease, go to tunnel, and again, 
W, E, N, E and you'll be in the levers room, and from there you can 
easily get back to the shaft.

By the way, if you need to because you've forgotten something, the 
way to get back to the first part of the game through the tunnel is 
S, W, N, W, N, N, N, E, N, N and down.
